AGM 2025 Details

The AGM of the Arundel Hills Community Association Inc. was held:

Place: 104 Arun Drive Arundel (Farrell residence)

At the meeting, members had the opportunity to: 

* Find out about operations and finances
* Ask questions about the operations and finances
* Speak about any items on the agenda

At the meeting, members were asked to vote to:

* Accept the auditor’s report
* Accept the annual financial statements
* Appoint an auditor for 2025
* Elect committee members

Committee election

All committee positions were vacated and a new committee elected. With the exception of one, all committee members stood unopposed for re-election to their positions and were duly confirmed in post.  Former committee member Greg Williams also stood unopposed to return to the committee and was confirmed in post.

Attendance and Apologies

36 members of the Association were present, including 11 members of the committee.  Formal Apologies were recorded from 25 members.
