About the Arundel Hills Community Association Inc.

This group is for Arundel residents surrounding the former Arundel Hills Country Club site.

It was formed by concerned golf course residents who could see the course deteriorating before their eyes and knew a strong united voice was going to be required to get the best possible outcome for the course’s flora and fauna, and for all Arundel residents. The committee meets regularly to progress activities on all fronts. The group serves to:

  • Be a point of receiving and sharing information relating the site and any Development
    Applications lodged with Council
  • Be a place for discussion and debate by residents
  • Act as a point of reference for elected representatives at the time of decision making
  • Organise and generate community action and/or public meetings

Residents have a legitimate expectation that any development at the former Arundel Golf Club will comply with the area’s planning controls i.e. sport and recreation, and that due process will be available and transparent to residents. Compliance with the city plan will be a priority.

This is our aim.
